Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to lead traffic design and analysis, perform safety evaluations, and oversee multimodal transportation projects for state and local clients. You will manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC while mentoring staff and contributing to proposals.
The role requires a PE in the Midwest region (MO/KS/NE) or ability to obtain within six months, and certifications such as PTOE or RSP Levels 1–2 are preferred.

This role will serve state and local agency clients and lead traffic design projects, safety evaluations, and multimodal facility analysis. Annual Salary range: $140,000 + (depending on experience)
