Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer in the Transportation Business Group to help shape mobility infrastructure in vibrant communities. You will provide design oversight for roadway, lighting, signing, pavement marking, traffic signals, and traffic management system design plans; intersection design and capacity analyses will be part of the work.

This role emphasizes innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide design oversight for the production of roadway, lighting, signing, pavement marking, traffic signals and traffic management system design plans; intersection design; capacity and signal warrant analyses; and all aspects of an Intelligent Traffic Sub-system
• Assist in providing oversight of the traffic control and sequencing plans throughout the construction phase of the project
