We're looking for a Senior Traffic Engineer to join our growing team in Boston, MA, someone who's excited to lead impactful transportation projects that reflect our mission and values.
As a Senior Traffic Engineer at Toole Design, you'll help shape safer, more connected communities by leading and collaborating on a wide variety of multimodal transportation projects. Working with planners, engineers, and designers, you'll develop creative solutions for complex challenges, from urban streetscapes and roadway improvements to trail crossings, roundabouts, parking studies, complete streets and multimodal traffic analyses. You'll lead a project team that will use tools like Synchro, Highway Capacity Software, MicroStation, and AutoCAD to create concept plans, feasibility studies, and construction documents, while helping deliver innovative designs that balance safety, mobility, and community needs. Along the way, you'll mentor colleagues, share your expertise with clients, contribute to business development efforts, and work with a talented, close-knit team that is passionate about improving the places where people walk, bike, roll, and travel.
We are targeting a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 for this position.
