Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in traffic engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) required, Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
• Familiarity with MUTCD, ITE, FHWA, and AASHTO manuals.

• Prepare technical reports and memoranda.
