Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with high-performance, low-latency trading systems.
• Strong knowledge of JVM tuning and performance in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Scala-based trading services for high-volume, low-latency use.
• Lead architectural strategy for future-state scalability and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in engineering.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and security teams.
• Improve monitoring and observability for real-time trade execution.
