SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is seeking a Senior Trades Worker to perform skilled journeyman-level construction, maintenance, repair, and renovation work for Volusia County facilities and infrastructure in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and related trades, with CDL may be required and a valid Florida license. This full-time role may involve field assignments throughout County operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical Maintenance, Painting, Pipe Installation & Repair, Masonry, or Concrete Work.
Journeyman-level experience in at least one skilled trade.
Valid Florida Driver's License required.
CDL may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repairs, renovations, and new construction work.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, maps, and technical drawings.
