Job summary

• Must be able to read blueprints or schematics and use basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex semi-skilled work in construction and maintenance.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; repair and install plumbing components.
• Repair and renovate buildings, install and repair electrical systems and lighting.
• Attend to maintenance tasks for facilities and equipment as assigned.
