Job summary

- High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of skilled trades experience.
- Licenses and/or certifications listed in the qualifications may be required depending on assignment.
Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots electrical systems and lighting.
- Independently services plumbing, HVAC, and related infrastructure.
- Performs complex repairs in carpentry, masonry, and surface finishes.
- Operates CMMS, schedules work, and mentors junior staff.
- Supports facility security, rigging, and life-safety systems.
