Job summary

Driehaus Capital Management LLC seeks a Senior Trader to cover Asian markets with at least 6 years of institutional trading experience. The role supports trading across equities and related instruments for institutional clients, including broker relationships and cost analysis.

The position is open to fully remote candidates out-of-state, with occasional travel to Chicago. Base pay ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of institutional trading experience.
• 3+ years in Asian or European markets.
• Ability to work in dynamic, high-demand trading environment during Asian market hours.
• Knowledge of trading operations, products and services.

Responsibilities

• Trades stocks and other instruments using brokers and/or relevant crossing networks.
• Monitors news, research, and reports to inform trading decisions.
• Communicates trade ideas and execution details to portfolio managers and research teams.
• Produces in-house trading reports summarizing activity from the previous day.
• Evaluates broker performance and cost efficiency for clients.
• Executes rebalancing trades and checks executions.
• Maintains knowledge of technology and systems supporting trading operations.
