Our Trademark and Copyright team continues to grow! Recognized as one of the top teams in the country, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP seeks a Team Attorney with at least 7 years of direct trademark litigation and enforcement experience. This position offers an alternative to traditional partnership-track roles, with a lower billable hour requirement and minimal non-billable duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in online investigations, routine enforcement, UDRP, TTAB, Foreign Oppositions, and district court litigation. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Multiple office locations are available: Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Seattle, Walnut Creek, Washington DC, Winston Salem, or the option to work remotely.
