Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an experienced Trade Show & Events Marketing leader to shape the strategy and execution of key industry events for the Peripheral Vascular business. You will partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to select priority trade shows and lead end-to-end event execution, managing agencies and vendor relationships to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in tradeshows, events or related marketing.
• MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in trade shows, events or related marketing experience preferred.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Trade show strategy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution and logistics of trade shows to achieve business objectives.
• Assist Marketing in determining strategically critical trade shows, focus areas, and attendees.
• Produce trade shows with consistency and collaboration following guidelines and tools.
• Educate cross-functional teams and provide direction and solutions.
• Develops and manages a comprehensive event project plan including setup tasks, product needs and collateral.
• Approve exhibit design, layout, cost, and construction.
• Negotiate with vendors for best arrangements within budget.
• Build relationships with Peripheral Vascular industry and trade associations.
• Create pre-show briefing documents and run pre-show business meetings.
• Conduct post-show analysis and communicate metrics.
• Assist in developing tracking and measurement tools and processes.
• Facilitate lead tracking software and onsite processes.
• Coordinate VIP tours, customer events and engagements.
