Qualifications

• Knowledge of global trade, customs, regulatory, and enforcement developments.
• Ability to evaluate external developments and apply knowledge to business decisions.
• Strong advisory capabilities for regulatory developments and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade remedies activities, including monitoring antidumping and countervailing duties developments.
• Manage supply chain security and trusted trader programs (CTPAT, AEO).
• Conduct risk assessments and execute projects related to trade security and compliance risks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, controls and trainings for trade programs.
• Engage with customs authorities and government agencies on inspections and enforcement matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and recommend actions to mitigate risk and maintain program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Logistics, and business teams on trade-related risks.
