Job summary

NextEra Energy Marketing, LLC is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to oversee SOX, CFTC, and FERC compliance across business units. You will lead a compliance team, develop policies, and coordinate with Trading Risk Management and external stakeholders to ensure robust regulatory adherence.

The role requires 8+ years in trade compliance, a leadership track record, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Relocation is provided where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance initiatives across SOX, CFTC, and FERC.
• Lead and supervise a team of compliance analysts.
• Develop strategic trade compliance policies and initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between Trading Risk Management and external stakeholders.
• Analyze trading activities for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor metrics and report to senior executives.
• Support decision-making on compliance matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
