Rubbercraft is seeking a hands-on Trade Compliance Manager to lead import/export compliance at our Long Beach, CA facility. You will develop and maintain regulatory programs, manage HTS/ECCN classifications, licensing, and drive process improvements while partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in trade compliance, deep ITAR/EAR knowledge, and experience with ERP systems. This onsite role offers growth as the team evolves.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in import/export compliance or export controls.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and U.S. Customs regulations.
• Experience with HTS and ECCN classifications and export licensing.
• Ability to develop, implement, and improve compliance processes.
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret and SAP clearances if required.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage site's import/export compliance activities with CBP/ITAR/EAR adherence.
• Develop and maintain trade compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Oversee HTS/ECCN determinations, valuations, and country of origin requirements.
• Serve as the site's SME and point of contact for trade compliance matters.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen compliance controls and reduce risk.
