You will collaborate with IT, logistics, legal, engineering, and operations to design dashboards, develop metrics, and drive automation while ensuring auditability and timely deliverables. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5+ years in international trade compliance.
• Experience with data analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
• Knowledge of ERP systems and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards and metrics for trade compliance.
• Present program metrics to senior leadership.
• Lead automation and system integration projects.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, logistics, and operations.
• Translate data into clear visual reports for diverse audiences.
