Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks a Senior Track Lead with 6+ years of SRE and Observability experience to drive automation and improve operational reliability. The role emphasizes Dynatrace and Grafana LGTM proficiency, incident management, and exposure to GenAI platforms, CI/CD, and cloud monitoring across diverse applications.

You will build dashboards and service maps, enable event correlation, and contribute to automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SRE and Observability Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with observability solutions including Dynatrace and Grafana LGTM.
• Experience automating toil reduction with Ansible, Python, and RPA.
• Knowledge of incident management and ITSM tools.
• Exposure to GenAI and agentic AI platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud/infrastructure monitoring.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience in SRE and Observability Engineering roles.
• Apply SRE principles to reduce toil through automation (Ansible, Python, RPA).
• Implement and manage observability using Dynatrace, Grafana LGTM, BigPanda, Nobl9.
• Work knowledge of incident management, automation scripting, ITSM tools.
• Exposure to GenAI platforms like Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, LangGraph, CrewAI.
• CI/CD tooling and cloud/infrastructure monitoring exposure.
• Implement and tune monitoring across Application Performance, Synthetic, Real User, Log, Infrastructure, and more.
• Build/maintain dashboards, alerts, service maps; support event correlation and automation.
• Support CI/CD pipeline operations and automation tooling.
• Contribute to automation framework development and GenAI use cases for ops.
