Job summary

Motional is seeking a talented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support software performance evaluation activities. This role emphasizes collaboration across autonomy integration, software, hardware, operations, and testing teams.

The candidate will track performance evaluation activities and ensure all resources are in place while managing execution against key metrics. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years experience with complex systems like autonomous vehicles.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office days each week in Boston, Pittsburgh, or Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience with complex systems, including autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Track planned software performance evaluation activities and ensure resources are available.
• Manage execution of software performance evaluation activities and track progress against metrics.
• Communicate at both engineering and executive levels.
• Set priorities and coordinate among engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and report on risks and issues.
