Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams in executing capital equipment procurement, installation, and activation.
• Engage with supply chain and manufacturing operations teams to ensure on-time activation of the factory and subsequent work centers.
• Develop tools and processes for increasing the efficiency of the engineering team.
• Establish, track, and report on KPIs regarding factory readiness, equipment throughput, and yield metrics to executive leadership.
• Identify, mitigate, and accelerate program risks, schedule slips, and resource bottlenecks across multiple engineering and operations disciplines.
