Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or software engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of technical program management or related leadership in hardware/embedded/aerospace programs.
• Strong understanding of hardware development, embedded software, RF, manufacturing, and system integration.
• Experience managing programs with contract manufacturers, external suppliers, and technical partners.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution for customer terminal development across multiple engineering teams.
• Build integrated schedules, milestone plans, dependency maps, and risk registers.
• Drive weekly program reviews, action tracking, and executive reporting with status and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, RF, mech, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Establish program mechanisms for issue escalation, change control, and requirement tracking.
• Partner with engineering leads to identify risks early and drive mitigations.
• Support manufacturing readiness, validation plans, and factory ramp activities.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and external vendors on schedules and quality.
• Ensure test, deployment, and field-readiness plans for terminals and ground stations.
• Track cost, schedule, performance, and yield; highlight deviations and drive actions.
• Communicate with leadership regularly on priorities, tradeoffs, and progress.
• Help create repeatable program processes to improve velocity and accountability.
