Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs at scale. This role blends software engineering, data analytics, and program execution, requiring hands-on coding, dashboards, and strong leadership.

You will own critical programs end-to-end, shape technical roadmaps with engineering leaders, and drive operating rhythm. Ideal candidates are former engineers or data scientists who excel in fast-moving environments and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in a technical field or equivalent years of experience.
11+ years leading cross-functional engineering/data programs in tech.
5+ years in Technical Program Management.
Proven track record delivering large, ambiguous programs.
Strong Python and SQL skills for data-driven decisions.
Experience with dashboards, source control, and project management tools.
Ability to design technical roadmaps and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication and leadership in high-visibility roles.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
Act as single-threaded owner for critical initiatives with clear outcomes.
Own end-to-end program lifecycle from ideation to execution.
Collaborate with engineering and product leadership on roadmaps and trade-offs.
Use Python/SQL to analyze data, build tools, and communicate findings to leadership.
Develop automation and internal tooling to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
Ensure programs scale while controlling cost and performance.
Mentor junior TPMs and engineers to raise team performance.
