Job summary
BitGo is seeking a Technical Program Manager who will own the delivery of complex, regulated product initiatives across multiple teams. You will lead a TPM function, drive end-to-end programs, and partner with compliance, legal, and risk to meet exam deadlines and audit findings.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technical program management, experience with platform engineering, and a track record of influencing cross-organizational programs without direct authority.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical program management with leadership of TPM teams.
- Delivery leadership in a regulated financial environment with audit exposure.
- Technically credible with platform engineering and sequencing discussions with senior engineers.
- Experience with M&A integration, legal-entity restructuring, or large multi-party partner migrations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and predictable delivery across the product portfolio.
- Build trust between product and regulatory, compliance, legal, finance, and audit partners.
- Maintain the single source of truth for resource allocation and cross-team dependencies.
- Run the product operating rhythm with SLAs and escalation paths.
