Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead TPM for the ADM portfolio, bridging engineering, product management, and R&D to align projects with business objectives.

You will lead a team of TPMs, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and push for standardized development processes that improve quality, speed, and scalability across global programs, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science or related field is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in a technical, engineering, or product development environment.
• 3+ years in advanced deposition and/or managing new product development programs for semiconductor fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of technical workstreams ensuring on-time delivery and alignment to business priorities.
• Provide direction and decision-making support across projects ensuring performance, quality, and reliability.
