Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead programs that advance critical business goals and build large-scale platforms within the Global Payment Network (GPN) Technology organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
• 3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms using cloud computing services (preferably AWS).
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
• 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs.

• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle.
• Drive architectural alignment, technical strategy, and execution of objectives and key results.
• Improve scalability and system resilience within the engineering lifecycle.
