Job summary

Intuit’s Consumer Group is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager Leader to guide a team of 6–8 TPMs and steer multi-organ programs that support TurboTax. You will shape the TPM operating model, drive platform modernization, and enable AI-enabled product experiences across teams, while communicating clearly with executives and stakeholders.

You will build durable solutions for customer problems, foster continuous improvement, and mentor TPM leaders across Intuit as part of a broader craft

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SaaS product development and release management with Agile experience.
• 3+ years leading a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Proven ability to earn trust of sponsors and stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization and communicate clearly at all levels.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent; PMP/PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a TPM team of 6–8 members, setting vision and priorities.
• Oversee multi-organizational programs and align portfolio with business strategy.
• Hire, onboard, and develop TPM talent with strong coaching.
• Drive program execution, reporting, and senior leader communications.
• Define and improve TPM craft, best practices, and operating standards.
