Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Quality and Reliability to lead end-to-end process improvements within the IRQ organization.

You will design scalable workflows, own executive dashboards, and drive automation to improve efficiency across global data-center operations. You will collaborate with multiple engineering and platform teams, manage KPIs, and communicate risks and status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of improving and managing business processes for engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Product and Manufacturing Quality and Reliability tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IRQ process improvement programs across the department.
• Design and maintain IRQ dashboards, metrics and reporting.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing and delivery teams globally.
• Develop workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
• Present KPIs and operational health to executives.
