Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a dynamic Senior Technical Program Manager to manage government contract delivery and translate customer needs into technical requirements.

You will work with AWS service teams and a leadership group to sequence, report, and deliver services across air-gapped regions, balancing regulatory constraints. You will partner with senior product managers and TPMs, drive processes, and mentor stakeholders while maintaining a focus on secure, scalable,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical requirements and coordinate delivery.
• Support delivery of technical solutions for government contracts and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with AWS Service Teams to deliver solutions across regions and drive business results.
• Mentor stakeholders unfamiliar with NatSec customer experience and align requirements with AWS delivery.
• Represent program status to AWS leadership and drive secure, scalable solutions.
