Job summary

Verizon in Irving, TX is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Project Management to lead TPM, QA Liaison and Testers for complex supply chain initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery across Verizon operations, IT, and external partners, ensuring on-time milestones and seamless integrations.

You will manage a cross-functional team, align business and technical requirements, and provide executive readouts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Eight or more years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting SAP tool suites (ECC, S4 HANA, Ariba, IBP, CAR, MDG).
Experience leading cross functional teams with understanding of how business and technical requirements interweave to create product solutions.
Experience managing large-scale programs with end-to-end accountability.
Experience using Google G-Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

Define and guide a team in a structured governance project lifecycle “Delivery Framework”.
Understand operational business processes and opportunities across Global Sourcing, Supply Chain and Sustainability.
Lead executive statuses and updates at various levels.
Design and build business process models based on best-in-class operations.
Identify and drive resolutions to gaps in lifecycle delivery processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to create and deliver complex, integrated solutions.
Create and deliver training to end users.
Develop and transition to production support teams after implementation.
