Job summary

Samba seeks a Director of Technical Program Management to guide a high-impact TPM team during a pivotal growth phase. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery across data collection, identity, audience platforms, measurement, and integrations, partnering with engineering, product, and data science leaders.

You will build a small but capable TPM function, set scalable processes, and personally own the most complex programs while maturing the organization's planning rituals and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management with 5+ years in senior TPM roles.
• Experience building and leading TPM teams with coaching and standards.
• Deep ad tech domain knowledge and cross-functional influence with VPs and directors.
• Proven governance and risk management skills across complex programs.
• Strong communication, precision, and credibility at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a TPM function, mentoring 2–4 TPMs and defining operating model.
• Own end-to-end program execution for cross-functional initiatives across the stack.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Legal and Ops to align roadmaps.
• Establish governance tools, risk management, and reporting cadences.
• Drive scalable infrastructure to handle hundreds of integrations.
