NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to steer daily operations for the Exemplar Performance Program, translating priorities into synchronized capacity, validation, debugging, and release plans across CSPs, NVIDIA Cloud Partners, and internal teams.

You will coordinate Slurm and Kubernetes-based benchmarking, partner debugging, release readiness, and align PLC/OSRB with roadmap goals, expanding into inference workloads while maintaining clear program visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• Practical knowledge of inference systems, cloud platforms, and distributed computing.
• Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from kickoff to delivery.
• Background in software release management, QA coordination, and platform validation cycles.
• Strong written communication for executive-ready updates.
• Experience with large-scale Agile tools and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain demand and allocation levels across platforms, GPU counts, topologies, and workloads; coordinate capacity reservations and readiness checks.
• Track cross-CSP performance investigations and build playbooks and pre-flight checks.
• Maintain a coordinated plan across recipes, frameworks, results tooling, and QA; prepare release readiness summaries.
• Connect software roadmap to full-stack readiness including dependencies across infrastructure, bring-up, validation, and downstream support.
• Standardize intake, debug handoffs, and release evidence; extend to inference, Kubernetes, and agentic benchmarking.
• Establish engineering and product rhythm for PLC milestones and monthly release cadences.
• Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive resolution across partner, engineering, and product teams.
• Develop and maintain metrics for program efficiency and deliverables; communicate progress to senior leadership.
