Job summary

Google LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Program Manager for Data Center Physical Infrastructure Controls Security (PhysICS) and OT Health. You will lead strategic programs to harden OT environments and manage a globally distributed team, coordinating with security governance groups.

You will drive a roadmap to reduce cybersecurity risk across critical infrastructure while ensuring reliable data center operations; leadership, equity, and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience in risk management and domain authority in OT cybersecurity.
• Experience automating legacy workflows and migrating legacy systems onto centrally managed virtualization platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap for OT Health and PhysICS security hygiene.
• Manage, coach, and scale a globally distributed team; drive data-driven migrations and security SLOs.
• Oversee deployment and lifecycle of security boundaries and network upgrades for secure ICN environments.
• Audit and monitor OT equipment configurations, PLC updates, virtualization, and asset inventory.
• Bridge communication between security, design teams, and local operational stakeholders.
