Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Credit and Lending to own end-to-end technology programs powering charge cards and loans. You will connect Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to set strategy, sequence work, and ensure ships are audit-ready from day one.

You will operate in a regulated, high-growth context with real accountability for outcomes and experience in financial services or fintech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management or technical program management in a high-growth or regulated environment.
• Direct experience in financial services, fintech, or credit infrastructure with familiarity in risk, compliance, and audit obligations.
• Track record of owning programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional accountability.
• Proven ability to communicate with and influence executive stakeholders, in writing and in high-stakes meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan across credit and lending workstreams, including milestones and dependencies.
• Proactively manage sequencing, resourcing tradeoffs, and escalations to keep initiatives on track.
• Ensure Compliance, Treasury, and Operations readiness aligns with product and regulatory milestones.
• Lead retrospectives and drive learnings into design, tests, and runbooks for systemic improvement.
• Collaborate with TPMs to build a holistic view of progress and risks across the program.
