Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Core ML based in Mountain View/Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary AI/ML programs from concept to GA, partnering with Engineering Leads, PMs, and cross‑Product Area teams to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
• Demonstrate technical judgment and architectural understanding.

Responsibilities

• Guide programs through the Core ML Product Life-cycle (Concept, Planning, Development, Pilot, and GA).
• Partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and cross-Product Area customers to align roadmaps, capture dependencies, and unblock execution bottlenecks.
• Apply technical understanding to evaluate architectural trade-offs, drive design discussions, and manage complex cross-group dependencies.
• Define and monitor program health metrics, report on OKR progress to leadership, and streamline communication across virtual and dedicated engineering structures.
