Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for CloudWatch to drive cross-team programs spanning Logs, Metrics, Alarms, Dashboards, and more. You will partner with engineering, product managers, and leadership to deliver capabilities impacting AWS customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, cross-organizational programs that deliver new CloudWatch capabilities to customers at scale.
• Work with engineering teams to develop roadmaps, execution strategies, and detailed plans for programs that span multiple service teams.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, resolve blockers proactively, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Represent engineering teams to senior leadership — communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly and concisely.
• Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical program milestones.
• Drive operational excellence, simplification, and engineering efficiency across the organization.
