Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or software engineering management.
• Experience with high-throughput data pipelines, real-time logging/processing infra (e.g., Kafka, Flume, BigQuery, MapReduce), and API integrations.
• Experience managing system integrations and multi-quarter initiatives across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-auth a technical roadmap for a real-time execution dashboard with telemetry models.
• Lead complex integrations across domains to capture workflows and ensure alignment.
• Serve as primary technical interface for partners, ensuring schemas align with downstream dependencies.
• Decompose problems into executable phases and deliver real-time telemetry with legacy systems.
• Advocate program alignment, mentor peers, and introduce agile practices for rapid value.
