- 7+ years in aviation regulatory/compliance (DO-160, FAR P21/P145, Boeing/Airbus).
- 5+ years of leading high performing, tech-savvy teams.
- Experience defining requirements and driving them across organizations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver results on complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Subject matter expert on certification for Leo aviation products.
- Define requirements to meet aviation certification requirements.
- Influence product design and architecture.
- Assess system capabilities and certification impact.
- Problem solve and improve current processes and systems.
- Coordinate with teams to deliver quality products on time and cost.
- Drive continuous improvement and flawless documentation delivery.
- Willingness to travel.
