Shield AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Hivemind Enterprise software releases and coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers and designers. You will drive on-time, on-quality delivery of complex software and HW/SW integrations for unmanned systems and mission applications.

You have a background in software engineering or engineering management with 8+ years, strong communication, and a proven ability to prioritize tradeoffs using cost-benefit analysis.

Qualifications

8+ years in program management, engineering management, or software engineering.
Experience releasing complex software and integrated HW/SW systems.
Proven track record of delivering results with cost-benefit analysis.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver complex software releases for Hivemind Enterprise.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product and design.
Develop detailed project plans with timelines and resource allocation.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and drive process improvements.
