Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to guide the next-generation autonomous aircraft design and tradespace analysis. You will set objectives from customer use cases, develop cost vs. performance metrics, and plan and manage schedules and costs to deliver strategic products to customers.

The ideal candidate will own execution, proactively align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of product in a defense-tech context with clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or managing studies/projects.
• Defense, national security, or aerospace familiarity through employment or education.
• Proven cross-functional leadership experience.
• Ability to deliver data-backed decisions under ambiguity.
• Active Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
