Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Irvine, CA to lead complex, cross-functional programs within gUP PMO. You will own major initiatives spanning Generative AI workflows, user feedback tools, and partner platforms, guiding planning, risks, and stakeholder communication.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to align milestones and tradeoffs, ensuring compliant launches and clear exec-level updates. Individual pay includes a base salary, bonus, and equity components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or other third party platform development and integration.
• Experience with AI product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of programs and priorities from scoping to launch.
• Partner with Engineering to identify and resolve blockers in Generative AI workflows.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and UX for alignment on goals and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, ensuring safety, legal and privacy checkpoints are met.
• Use data-driven frameworks and OKRs to track program health and progress.
