Job summary

Google Mountain View, CA, USA seeks a Technical Program Manager for Google Flow to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs across AI/ML, cloud, product, UX, and legal/trust disciplines. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd projects through the full lifecycle, communicating risks and trade-offs to executives about deployment readiness.

As the TPM, you will own the Flow roadmap, coordinate resources and milestones, and mentor a team of TPMs while partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience with artificial intelligence/machine learning projects, tools, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Plan requirements with internal customers and manage the entire project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and communicate them to stakeholders clearly.
• Lead complex, end-to-end program governance across AI/ML, cloud, product, UX, and legal/trust teams.
• Coordinate with executives and cross-functional teams to align objectives and roadmaps.
• Own the execution, tracking, and risk mitigation for the Flow roadmap.
