Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for the Agentic WorkSpaces Foundations team.

You will drive complex, multi-team programs spanning core streaming, remote display, and security, coordinating across the US and Europe to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. Responsibilities include defining milestones, managing risks, building program dashboards, and partnering with product management to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for cross-cutting initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Coordinate delivery across US and Europe, managing timezone-aware communication cadences.
• Drive launch readiness for new features and services from planning to general availability.
• Build and maintain program health dashboards for leadership visibility and weekly reviews.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers with engineering managers and product managers.
• Improve program management mechanisms and streamline processes for predictable delivery.
• Partner with product management to translate priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership.
