Job summary

SiriusXM, including AdsWizz, is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Ad Technology, to own the strategy and delivery of large-scale, cross-organizational initiatives across Ads Engineering. This senior individual contributor role requires deep architectural literacy, systems thinking, and the ability to define program strategy with engineering and product leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 4 years experience, leading complex initiatives.
• Experience owning enterprise program strategy and multi-year roadmaps; not just execution.
• Demonstrated experience in advertising technology, including ad-serving, RTB, and monetization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define, instrument, and socialize delivery health metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Build cross-functional networks across Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and partner programs to drive alignment.
• Present scenarios-based decision paths to senior leadership and drive consensus through clarity.
• Lead program governance standards and mentorship to elevate execution quality across Ads Engineering.
