Qualifications

• MS or PhD in toxicology or related field; 3–7 years experience depending on degree.
• DABT certification or certification in progress preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Publications preferred; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare study protocols/amendments and ensure adherence to protocols and changes.
• Review and approve study activities, including animal orders, formulation procedures, randomization, data collection and timeframes.
• Observe animals throughout the study cycle.
• Review study data for scientific quality, animal welfare and protocol compliance.
• Interpret study data and prepare final reports; communicate with Sponsors and host client visits.
