Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Study Director to lead nonclinical Toxicology studies for regulatory submissions. You will oversee study direction, data interpretation, and reporting with interactions among management, staff, and clients.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD in toxicology (DABT preferred), with GLP experience and strong communication skills. This is an on-site, full-time role at our Chicago laboratory.

Qualifications

• PhD in toxicology or related field; DABT preferred but not required.
• Masters with 2+ years of relevant scientific experience.
• Bachelor of Science with 5+ years of relevant scientific experience.
• Proficiency in GLP regulatory requirements and toxicology testing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform responsibilities as a Study Director for regulatory and exploratory toxicology studies, including study design and protocol development, as well as data evaluation and reporting in compliance with GLPs.
• Stay current with Safety and Toxicology study designs and techniques.
• Prepare study specific methodologies and SOPs, as needed.
• Provide expert consultations to clients on IND enabling toxicology studies.
