BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Toxic Tort Attorney in San Francisco, CA to represent clients in complex toxic tort matters, including asbestos, talc, and silicosis. The role allows hybrid or remote work, with collaboration across departments and oversight of a complete litigation docket.

The ideal candidate has a strong CA bar record, 8+ years of toxic tort experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 8+ years of toxic tort litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with asbestos, talc, silicosis, or related toxic torts preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required.
• 2nd chair trial experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
