One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst in the United States.

This role is ideal for an experienced total rewards professional who is passionate about data-driven decision making and employee wellbeing. You will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining competitive benefits and compensation programs while supporting critical People Operations initiatives. Working cross-functionally, you will help administer programs, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure compliance, all while improving communication and engagement around total rewards offerings. Accountabilities:

  • Lead analysis and support the implementation of total rewards programs, with a focus on employee benefits.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through benchmarking, vendor reporting, and internal audits.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of benefits enrollment and payroll deductions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for benefits-related inquiries and provide support during compensation cycles.
  • Collaborate on key initiatives including open enrollment, vendor communication, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Develop total rewards communications and support benefits education and compliance training.
  • Contribute to broader People Operations projects requiring analytical and strategic support.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in total rewards, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and employee benefits.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and knowledge of compensation and benefits processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process accuracy.
  • Understanding of engagement strategies through both monetary and non-monetary rewards.
  • Adaptability and initiative in managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects.
  • Salary range: $80,000–$110,000, depending on location and experience
