Impulse Space, located in Redondo Beach, is seeking a Tooling/Ground Support Engineer in Vehicle Engineering. The role focuses on designing tooling, fixturing, and support equipment for high-performance spacecraft, in collaboration with a fast-paced, agile team.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in mechanical or aerospace engineering, 5+ years designing fixtures or tooling, and CAD with manufacturing drawings experience. Strong communication of technical challenges is essential.

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 / year
As a Tooling/Ground Support Engineer at Impulse, you will be responsible for designing tooling, fixturing, and support equipment, while working closely with a fast-paced, agile team that produces high-performance spacecraft from clean sheet designs.
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
