Impulse Space in Redondo Beach is seeking a Senior Development Test Engineer to own the design of test equipment and oversee test operations for high-performance spacecraft. You will work with a fast-paced, agile team delivering robust test capabilities.
Responsibilities include building fluid, mechanical and electrical test systems, owning major test programs, and coordinating with vendors. Strong hands-on test facility experience is essential.

Compensation: $110,000 - $180,000 / year
As a Senior Development Test Engineer at Impulse, you will be responsible for all aspects of test equipment design and test operations while working closely with a fast paced, agile team that produces high-performance spacecraft from clean sheet designs.
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
