The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, extensive experience in high precision machining, and excellent project management skills. This role requires collaboration with various teams to successfully transition products from research to production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience with high precision machining.
• Experience with transitioning products from R&D to production.
• Willingness to travel (30% travel needed).

Responsibilities

• Lead project on manufacturing technologies for Starlink hardware.
• Advise on manufacturing techniques for internal tool and die manufacturing.
• Manage engineering capacity and production schedules.
