Job summary

Wipro Givon USA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tool Maker to join our team. This role supports production by manufacturing, repairing, modifying, and improving tooling, fixtures, workholding devices, and production components.

You will program and operate 3-axis CNC machines with Fanuc or Haas controls at the machine, and perform manual machining for repairs and secondary operations. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years machining experience including CNC and manual toolmaking.
• Experience programming, setting up, and operating 3-axis CNCs at the machine.
• Strong manual machining for repair, fitting, rework.
• Experience designing or modifying workholding fixtures is desirable.
• Ability to read safety rules, drawings, blueprints, specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures, repairs, modifies tooling and fixtures to support production.
• Programs, sets up, and operates 3-axis CNC machines with Fanuc or Haas at the machine.
• Uses CNC as the preferred method to improve quality and efficiency.
• Operates manual mills, lathes, grinders for repair and secondary operations.
• Reads engineering drawings and specifications; selects tools and processes.
• Maintains records and supports ISO quality requirements.
