Job summary

MW Components, Inc. is seeking a skilled machinist to set up, operate, and maintain four-slide and multi-slide machines for straight-cut operations. You will perform first article inspections, adjust tooling to maintain tight tolerances, and ensure quality throughout production.

You will also be responsible for cleaning, preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety and Standard Work protocols. Proficiency with CNC tools and blueprints is required, along with owning the necessary hand tools.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work on cam operated machinery/automobile.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of various hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
• Responsible for having own tools to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate and maintain four-slide or multi-slide machines for straight cut and perform first piece inspection.
• Clean and perform preventative maintenance on machines per schedule.
• Adjust machines to meet tolerances and maintain quality workmanship.
• Inspect finished dies and verify conformance to specifications.
